Training To Be The Best

HARD TRAINING. Really good companies take the time to formally train their employees to understand all the different ways in which you prepare yourself to successfully fabricate and install a particular brand of solid surface countertop. We make certain that our staff is exposed to all of the different training programs run by each solid surface manufacturer – a tall order indeed! That way, our Customer are assured that we will build the very best surfaces every time.

Beyond those requirements is training in the SOFTER SKILLS that go hand-in hand with countertops, particularly in the 21st Century. We know from our very own experiences that it’s the softer skills that bond us together. Many companies forget this vital portion of the training effort. These skills allow Eagle Fabrication to do more than “transact” with Customers – they allow us to “RELATE.” Things like interpersonal skills, active listening, team building, politeness – even POSITIVE body language – now become part of our customer offering. To prove our point, we even run free classes in our shop at night to make sure that the “English” being spoken is sufficient to meet our QUALITY STANDARDS.
