Phil DeCaro and Some History

Eagle Fabrication is truly the offspring and brainchild of Phil DeCaro - its founder and sole owner. An organization born of his unique talent as both a craftsman and businessman, Eagle first became a part-time excursion in 1983. Things quickly changed as Phil recognized the opportunities before him in solid surfaces.

Part-time became full-time, full-time became all-the-time, as Eagle Fabrication went from its first location in renovated chicken coops (really!) to occupying bigger and bigger shops in Central New Jersey. Eagle's quality, production capability and investment in growth brought recognition from national trade publications and visits by dignitaries from multi-billion dollar suppliers. As a driving force in the industry, Eagle Fabrication has always been a guiding voice to solid surface manufacturers on product design and marketing strategies and a trusted resource for hundreds of other fabricators throughout the country and even across the globe. His respect for the industry and for each of Eagle Fabrication's customers is demonstrated by his hard work on the prestigious DuPont Quality Council, his unanimous appointment as Director on the governing board of The International Solid Surface Fabricators Association (ISSFA) his inclusion on national meeting design committees and the selection of Eagle Fabrication, out of over 1,000 names, as ISSFA's 2002/2003 Fabricator of The Year. For Phil DeCaro, though, the greatest distinction isn't found in awards or appointments. The greatest success is found in continuously satisfying Customers - for 20 years now - demanding Customers who expect the best and accept nothing less. Eagle Fabrication and Phil DeCaro - the names are inseparable.
