Fabrication Team Finishing Team Installation Team Customer Team Administrative Team Sales & Marketing Team Management Team

Each of the 30+ members of TEAM EAGLE join smaller teams devoted to the special processes that occur at a modern solid surface fabricator. We have individuals who join the Fabrication Team (within that group is the Finishing Team). We also have people who devote themselves to the challenges of the field, working on the Installation Team. On the inside, we bring the Customer Team and the Administrative Team together to keep the orders, the quotes, "the paper" and procedures moving along.

The Sales & Marketing Team includes both internal and external personnel communicating our messages to the world. Last, but not least, the Management Team balances the efforts of all teams so that any initiatives are coordinated in an efficient manner.

Given these "separations", don't think of us as overly structured and rigid. Quite the contrary, we pride ourselves on the bridges that connect us all through continuous cross-training and a singular devotion - by every single employee - to the ultimate satisfaction of the Customer. That is our goal, purpose, and our reason for existence.
