Eagle Fabrication is a people-driven organization and it's our people who do the extraordinary things that bring us closer to the Customer and closer to our goals. At Eagle, time is always tight. When the shop or office is busy, then everyone is busy. Too often, someone in the shop, office or field will do something astonishing and we’re just too busy to properly acknowledge it beyond a quick slap on the back and a blurted out “Great Job!” The SPOTLIGHT PAGE allows us to recognize consistent superior performance in a thoughtful and rewarding manner. Name: Suzanne DeForne Nickname: Qzee Process Team: Customer Team (w/lots of inside selling!) Team Member Since: 1995 Personal Stats: Single, no children, lived in NJ all her life! Everyone Says: Suzanne's our first contact "touch point" for many Customers.  She helps us solidify productive relationships right from the start. Eagle Management Says: Recruiting strong Customer Service people is tough - keeping them is even harder. Besides loyalty, Suzanne provides excellent Product Knowledge and does so in a friendly manner everyone appreciates! Personal Motto: Onward and upward! "If I Won the Lottery...": Suzanne would buy a house on the water with a big backyard for her horse … travel the world … and donate money to the American Cancer Society Hobbies: Horseback riding, dancing and reading My Favorite Things: Italian food, roller coasters and action-packed movies!
